After more than 25 years in the industry, Ed co-founded CoBUILD to create a different kind of construction company. Having served as general contractor and client representative for national developers, he saw that putting clients front and center was key to a thriving company. Collaboration, creative problem solving, and a willingness to embrace new technologies define his approach to building. These characteristics empower CoBUILD teams to deliver high quality complex projects on time and within budget.

Stephanie’s background in Management Consulting made her an ideal fit as Ed’s co-founder. Her experience advising corporate and non-profit managers has helped steer the company’s strategic direction, while her graduate education in Organizational Leadership has been pivotal in building adept and efficient teams to tackle demanding projects. Stephanie and Ed are committed to challenging industry norms to benefit clients, as well as the communities in which they work.

Linda was at CoBUILD from its inception. Her training as an electrical engineer and years as a math educator gave her the kind of skills and insights that enabled her to research, pilot and ultimately implement some of CoBUILD’s innovative security and efficiency processes. Linda consistently finds new ways to leverage tools to support the team. Linda exemplifies the company’s commitment to finding relational solutions to complex problems.

Scott Williams
Scott Williams

Scott was one of the first employees to join CoBUILD. He was recruited for the estimating prowess he demonstrated in working with nationally recognized accounts like DR Horton, Taylor Morrison, Pulte Homes CBRE, and WestCore. At CoBUILD, Scott found his sweet spot as an executive project manager for key clients. They describe him as an invaluable advisor from preconstruction to completion. Under Scott’s guidance, the team’s experience and problem-solving skills generate a strong return on investment for our clients.

Bob Collins
Bob Collins

After 25 years of construction industry experience, Bob Collins has joined the CoBUILD team. Bob’s experience at every stage of the project, from Superintendent to Construction Manager to Owner, has allowed him to identify preconstruction as an area of expertise. His passion for collaboration with clients, determining project feasibility, and developing unique solutions allows him to adapt to the fast-moving and innovative organizations CoBUILD serves. With a portfolio that includes ground-up construction, TI and retail work, medical offices, and asset repositioning, Bob is a versatile and valuable member of the CoBUILD team.

Randy Steinheimer
Randy Steinheimer

Randy Steinheimer comes to CoBUILD with 30 years of experience in construction. As an owner/principal for most of his career, he has developed skills in every role from the field to the office. He has leveraged his passion for taking ideas from a concept to reality to create medical, retail, industrial, and office spaces. In addition, he’s done projects in most of the airports around the United States. CoBUILD benefits from Randy’s love of creation, client relationship acumen, and diverse knowledge.

Lisa Toso
Lisa Toso

Lisa comes to CoBUILD having built a reputation for excellence in her over 35 years of construction experience. In roles from field engineer to superintendent to senior project manager, Lisa has contributed to the success of projects as varied as bridges, labs, and schools. Her passion for ground-up and tenant improvement work stems from the gratification of seeing clients’ dreams realized in a tangible way at the end of a project. Lisa is excited to bring her energy and sense of humor to her role at CoBUILD, in addition to paying forward the insights she’s gained in her long career to help pave the way for newer team members to succeed.

Kelli Williams

CoBUILD recruited Kelli from a national builder where she was developing a national training initiative for coordinators. At CoBUILD, she uses the attention to detail honed during her pre-med education and over a decade of experience in the industry to train Coordinator staff on best practices and proactively find ways for CoBUILD’s administrative operations to improve. Kelli’s ability to manage a variety of areas from finance to field support to internal processes makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Steve combines a wide breadth of experience across all stages of construction with a people-conscious, solutions-oriented outlook to serve as a vital asset on any project. His hands-on experience with trades and as a superintendent translates to confident technical capabilities and the ability to identify and share a variety of perspectives. Steve’s success both in the residential and commercial constructions spaces reflects his passion for meeting clients’ needs, big or small. He is gifted at translating the technical into the relatable and at building strong rapport with every stakeholder of a project.

Jay Neuharth

Jay has an engineering education and is a certified PMP. He came to CoBUILD with an impressive resume of leading diverse teams, in the military and also in the non-profit sector.  With a love of language and culture, Jay brings relational acumen to his technical ability, attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Clients like working with Jay, but more importantly, they trust that Jay is looking out for their interests and is committed to working on their behalf.

Jordan Leytem

Jordan Leytem is excited to use his unique insights from ten years of experience as a superintendent and project coordinator to help the thriving culture at CoBUILD. Jordan’s experience in Bay Area construction includes work on bioscience labs, medical facilities, offices, and schools. His work on high-stakes projects like the Warrior’s office and Skybar at Chase Center lends him experience in staying relational in challenging environments. Jordan’s favorite part of the construction process is seeing clients’ dreams come to life in their buildings and projects.

Leyth Ertas

Leyth began his construction journey in the trades, and uses his experience in the field to inform his work as a superintendent at CoBUILD. His combination of strong technical knowledge, people-first mentality, and constant pursuit of growth make him a welcome member of any jobsite. Leyth embodies CoBUILD’s relational focus while serving as a liaison between those in the office and those in the field. He builds rapport and respect with trade partners and works tirelessly to get results and innovate solutions.

Ethan Wood

Ethan joined CoBUILD with a business education, as well as construction experience. His get-it-done attitude and drive to solve problems are attributes that helped him rise through the ranks. Beginning as an in-office coordinator, Ethan quickly rose to his current role as superintendent. He has a well-rounded understanding of the construction process and a drive to satisfy customer needs.

Brandon Huynh
Brandon Huynh

Brandon comes to CoBUILD with a passion for helping people and experience interacting with every side of the construction process. He has learned the technical aspects of the tenant improvement process by serving as a liaison between project managers, clients, and superintendents. With experience on both sides of a lab development project, he can also translate biotech-specific requirements into action items for the construction process. He’s excited to participate in CoBUILD’s mission of innovation within the construction industry by integrating new technology with his well-honed communication skills.

Lindsay Brown

As a Project Coordinator for the CoBUILD team, Lindsay is responsible for making sure projects get bought out, contracts get issued, and change orders get processed. As a competitive swimmer, she learned how to show up with her best on behalf of her team. This commitment translates outside the pool and the CoBUILD team benefits from Lindsay making sure things get done correctly behind the scenes.

Sarah Jean’s attention to detail and love of learning, paired with her experience working with a wide range of populations, makes her a conscientious and attentive Project Coordinator. She works with trade partners, Superintendents, Project Managers, and clients to create a smooth project experience. Her work identifying and improving processes helps CoBUILD refine schedules, manage changes, and keep all stakeholders in the loop. CoBUILD’s administrative team benefits from Sarah’s energy and enthusiasm every day.

Patti Lyon comes to CoBUILD with decades of experience as a Project Coordinator. Her attention to detail and easy rapport with trade partners, superintendents, and project managers makes her an excellent resource for project support. Her construction industry background allows her to identify CoBUILD’s unique strengths and apply lessons learned from other organizations to improve CoBUILD’s processes.

Clove comes to CoBUILD with a Master’s in Business Administration and an aptitude for transforming information into insights. Clove’s experience in digital marketing combined with a passion for CoBUILD’s ethos allows them to communicate authentically via CoBUILD’s online presence. They enjoy the process of making CoBUILD’s communication reflect the passion of its entire team.

Isaac’s experience on CoBUILD jobsites predates his time at CoBUILD, thanks to his experience working with trade teams both in the field and in the office as a bookkeeper. He now brings his attention to detail, passion for problem-solving, and client-first approach to CoBUILD’s administrative team. Isaac is excited to use his education and experience in accounting to make the financial component of every CoBUILD project as smooth as its field operations.
