Scribe Therapeutics is pioneering gene research using CRISPR technology. Scribe’s founder is a Nobel Prize recipient.
CoBUILD constructed Scribe’s two-phase buildout and expansion, including BSL 1 and 2 laboratories. The build included a new sequence core lab, several tissue culture labs and specialty labs.

The recently-completed Allay project will support pharmaceutical research & development in 40,000 square feet across two floors. This includes GMP labs, clean rooms with air locks, a machine shop, loading dock, warehouse, and custom office space.

Mekonos
In the last decade, CoBUILD has built a reputation for excellence, especially in technical builds. Our collaborative, transparent approach with trade teams and clients alike allows even complex work to move quickly and efficiently.
In order to develop technology on the scale of microns, CoBUILD constructed an ISO-6 clean room, BSL 1 and 2 laboratories, a machine shop, and nanotechnology labs for Mekonos.
